Masculine & Feminine Polarities - Nourishing Workshop & Mini Retreat

We gather in sacred space for a workshop experience to explore the polarities of the Masculine & Feminine Energies.

We each have masculine and feminine energy within us, but when we are imbalanced this not only has an affect on our wellbeing, but it can also greatly impact our relationships with others.

2022 is the year of relationships, and there is a lot of movement and renegotiation of relationships, especially our intimate relationships.

Whether or not you are in partnership currently, this workshop and retreat experience will allow you to balance your polarities within, improving the communication and flow with ALL external relationships. But it must start with YOU!

If you have the calling to dive deeper into your polarities in an embodied way, I invite you to join me, as we:

🌹explore the principles of polarities in all energies, but especially within
🌹balance our masculine and feminine energies in our sacral charka, via 1:1 energy healing
🌹 reclaim our sacred needs and desires within all our of relationships, especially our intimate ones
🌹 discover an internal state of connection to your masculine and feminine energies in their divine expression.

Gatherings held at:

A private and intimate setting, providing a safe container for our journey together. This sacred space is energetically cleared and protected using Reiki techniques prior to the gathering commencing.

Saturday 15 October 12.00pm - 4.00pm

Please arrive 10 minutes early to find a park and make your way to the space. Doors open at 12.00pm. We open our sacred space at 12.05pm.

Our final 15 minutes will be dedicated to relaxed and meaningful conversations with each other. Please be respectful that the sacred container will close by 4.00pm.

Please ensure you’ve had a nourishing breakfast before arriving, as we won’t break until midway through the session!

What to Bring:

🌙 Cushions/bolster for comfortable sitting on the floor

🌙 Yoga mat to lay down on

🌙 Blanket, warm socks, anything cosy for the meditation/healing

🌙 A special personal item for you to add to the circle to symbolise your sacred self being present

🌙 Wear any clothes that make you feel comfortable and you are able to engage in some light movement

🌙 Slip on shoes, as you will be required to take your shoes off as you enter the space

About your Facilitator:

Kate Manley is Lightworker, Energy Practitioner, Feminine Embodiment Mentor, Intuitive Guide, Spiritual & Soul Mentor, and Sacred Space Holder. Her path and purpose in life is to guide women on their inner journey to back to their true essence, their divine nature, their sacred self.

Kate has a passion for empowering women with the tools and strategies needed to live a full of love, connection and courage, and through strengthening their relationship with their own inner voice and wisdom. She believes in the powerful healing properties of the sun, the moon and our natural surrounds.

Kate is the visionary and creator behind Moon & Tide Gatherings, a series of sacred women’s gatherings held regularly on the Sunshine Coast. Her private sessions include Reiki & Shamanic-based Energy Therapy, Channelled Angel Readings, Spiritual Mentoring, Feminine Embodiment Mentoring and Bespoke Ceremonies & Blessingways.

• Certified Holistic Health Coach with the Institute of Integrative Medicine

• Recipient of the Shamanic Rites of Munay-Ki, including the Rite of the Womb, and is currently completing training to deliver the Rites to other practitioners

• Level 1 Angel Messenger with Shunanda Scott, Angel Medium

• Level 1 Sound Healing with Crystal Singing Bowls

• She also holds a Psychology Degree and post graduate qualifications in Business/HR.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Please note that no refunds are available. I value my commitment to you, and request that you value your commitment to yourself also.

If, in the event, you are no longer able to join, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. If the event is sold out, there may be the option to sell your ticket to a community member on the waitlist. Please contact Kate to arrange this.

Should a Moon & Tide Gathering be cancelled due to a government directive, attendees will receive the option of transferring their place to the new date or a future gathering.

Please do not attend a Moon & Tide Gathering if you feel unwell or have any fever, cold or flu symptoms. Please advise Kate as soon as possible if this is the case, and she will transfer your place to a future date when you are well again.

If you are unable to attend, please provide as much notice as possible, so that these arrangements can be made.
